August is a hot time to travel. Everyone’s doing it and I’m glad they are because there is way too much to see in this world to just sit around in one place. Now to travel doesn’t necessary mean to fly half way around the world. Not at all! You can have an incredible adventure in your own backyard or close to it.
Whether your travel style is, there is an adventure just around the corner waiting for you. But if you are someone who loves luxurious holidays without the hefty price tag, then I urge you to keep reading.
Whether your holidays include a week or weekend, a great way to relax and rejuvenate yourself is at one of the several Marriott resorts. I have experienced several Marriott hotels throughout my travels such as the San Juan Marriott Hotel and Casino in Puerto Rico, CasaMagna Marriott Cancun or JW Marriott Cancun Resort and have always enjoyed my stay.
Since I want you to travel as often and best as possible, I thought sharing the following deal might help you plan your end of summer trip (while saving a few dollars).
If you live in or are planning to visit the United States in the next month, you are in luck when it comes to saving without sacrificing quality of your stay. Right now until September 7th, 2015, Marriott.com is having a Celebrate Summer Event where you can get up to $100 in resort credits for each day you stay. Resort credits can be used at many of the restaurants, spas, etc. available at Marriott locations. This is just like getting up to $100 bonus dollars to spend each day with your friends, family, significant other or even just yourself (solo vacations are very empowering and seriously rock). Since your saving $100 that you would normally be spending on the same package, you can stress less about your budget, and concentrate more on having FUN and drinking more mojitos.
If your feeling like being a bit more active, the Marriott resorts also offers many activities for you to try such as make s’mores at the nightly campfire at the JW in San Antonio, catch a concert at L.A. LIVE, or try the incredible sushi at the Marco Island Marriott. Whatever you are into, I’m sure the Marriott has something to make your trip memorable.
