I don't necessarily believe a zero waste lifestyle is attainable for most people. This is especially true for those who have never been waste conscious. Instead, a "less waste" lifestyle seems more realistic and achievable. By making small changes in our lives we can make a huge difference for our planet. The great thing about making one change is it tends to lead to more changes and before you know it you've made several impactful changes that our planet will be greatly thankful for.
Over the past few months, I've been making more efforts to be more waste conscious. I've made several small changes in my life to reduce the amount of waste I create, and I gotta tell, you...I'm hooked! I want to keep going and find more ways to reduce my impact on the planet while inspiring others to do the same.
