I’ve been to the jungle before, and I’ve done some pretty great hikes with very knowledgeable guides however, this time around, I wanted to do an intense jungle hike solo…oh and Siya tagged along as well.
Siya and I hiked six hours through the jungle to a hide (a cabin that stands two meters from the ground) where we spent the night. Although we didn’t see any cool animals like tigers or elephants, we did have a wonderful time hiking through beautiful trees and plants and even saw some tribal people along the way!
It was a very wet, muddy and bloody experience, but I wouldn’t have changed anything about it. Check out the video from our experience above!
Have you ever spent the night in a jungle?

It was so worth it! I’d do it again anyday. There’s nothing like hiking through the jungle, listening to all the interesting sounds and seeing all the cool plants and creatures along the way.
