Traveling can tend to make you pack on a few unwanted pounds, especially if you’re traveling for an extended period of time.  Now, eating is a big part of experiencing a culture, so there is no such thing as going on a diet when your abroad. Absolutely not! There is however, a way to stay in shape while your on your adventure.  In this weeks video, I share my own tips and suggestions on how to stay fit while traveling.

    Many people when they travel they forget about the diet or what they eat. This is one of the most common errors. That is why hotels, condos or hosting destinations offer the service of Gym or Fitness . In addition many people like going for a run at mornings or at evenings when your accommodation is in front of the sea. For example in our destination we offer one of the most visited beaches where you can get out and run.
