How to Make a Lavender Smoothie

During my travels through France, I visited Aix en Provence where you can find lavender everything! From lavender scones to lavender coffee, I indulged in my fair share of this beautiful delicious flower.

After playing around a bit, I came up with this delicious lavender smoothie that takes me right back to Aix with just one gulp! So, press play on the video above and learn how to make your own lavender smoothie. If you prefer to read, I’ve included the recipe below:

How to make a Lavender Smoothie Recipe Inspired by Aix en Provence

Ingredients (makes one large smoothie)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Frozen Banana

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend ingredients until you get a smooth consistency. This will take about 2-3 minutes. Once everything is all blended together, put your smoothie into your favourite glass or mug. If you want a much more French experience while drinking your smoothie, check out my France video series.

What are the health benefits of lavender?
