Last month, I did a 30 Day Bikram Challenge but was unable to complete the 30 days because I broke my toe. Although it is always unfortunate to start something and not be able to finish it under uncontrollable circumstances, I know that I will be taking on this challenge again in the future.
This month, I will be doing a 40 Day ParaGONE Cleanse. That’s right! This cleanse will be 40 days because I am spending 5 days before preparing for it and 5 days in between to give my body a break as the instructions have recommended. So what is a ParaGONE Cleanse?
ParaGONE is a blend of herbs & natural compounds that help maintain the balance of intestinal flora and cleanse parasites that enter the body by ingestion, inhalation, or the skin (including the bottom of the feet). You can get parasites from contaminated soil, fruits, vegetables and water, raw or rare meat, pets; mosquitoes, contact with feces and someone who has parasites. Since I have done a lot of traveling throughout the years, and don’t visit a doctor often, I thought it would be a good idea to do this type of cleanse. The ParaGONE cleanse was recommended by a friend of mine who did it and had great, and terrifying, results. I’m interested to see how this cleanse will make me feel and “what comes out of me.”
The freaky thing about parasites is they may produce no noticeable symptoms and if you do have them, they can affect tissue anywhere in the body. Although symptoms of having parasites aren’t always noticeable, the following are some common noticeable symptoms:

This was 2012 so who knows if you will answer me. How the heck did you drink the liquid? It is instant gag, vomit-inducer for me….and will I still see results without the liquid portion?
So how did your cleanse go?
I am doing the paragons cleanse, the one thing I can’t give up is coffee ?Will it still work?
If I were you, I’d cut out the coffee. This is an important part of the cleanse. Have you tried a coffee substitute made with chicory? My favourite the Dandelion Tea. I talk about it in this blog post and there’s a link to it: http://hopscotchtheglobe.com/october-travel-favourites/
Yes it does t you can eat less clean and it will still work. The goal is to finish and not to stop. If you need coffee or bread or a nice steak eat it just eat less of it
I shat out some horrible thing for a week straight.. My whole family is doing it now.

Go kristen go!
Kristen, I really hope you have amazing benefits from this! What a challenge it will be. I want to do this type of cleanse myself next month so I’m going to be checking up on you.
I already feel fantastic, and it’s just the beginning.
hmm I like this months challenge Kristen. Stay strong!
I’ve been doing so good! Day 4 without coffee, and I don’t even miss it as much. I feel so much better too already.
Good for you girl! Let us know how it goes 🙂 Be strong! Fight the cravings 😉
Oh man, I’m going to need your motivation. I miss coffee sooooo badly. The little voice inside my head keeps telling me, “It’s okay, you can have just one.” But this morning I made myself a nice lemon-celery-apple-ginger-carrot juice with my juicer instead of a coffee. I’m fighting, I’m fighting…
Oh man you are so brave…no way I could give up half the things you listed. Although, if I had a parasite I guess I would, so the old catch 22…
I’m really trying o take on challenges that are super difficult because if I don’t then it won’t be a challenge at all. However, this challenge is going to drive me crazy at the beginning, I know it. It already has haha. I just want a jug of coffee right now! But, I won’t!
