A few weeks ago, I was invited by Tourism Quebec to experience winter in Quebec, Canada. On my first day, I was hosted by Hotel de Glace to spend the night. It was my first time sleeping in an ice hotel, and I have to say, it was an enjoyable experience and surprisingly cozy sleep. I also got to try ice sculpting and party it up at the ice bar.

OH wow what an amazing experience…how did you stay warm at night time?
We had a really warm sleeping bag and attended a 45 minute meeting to learn how to stay warm. It was pretty intense actually, but I followed everything the lady said and was super warm. You have to wear the proper clothing made with certain fabrics and put on a clean pair of socks right before you get into your sleeping bag, etc. It was a great sleep!
